• Does the Agent know the local Market?
  When you choose your Agent, be sure they know the local Market. Not only the homes and properties listed, but the local Communities, School resources, Job market etc.

  While there are a few benefits to using a private Agent, or listing yourself. Nothing can compare to the national support received from a well-known listing company. The tools and advertising resources available, cannot be compared. After all, they got their reputation for delivering results, and that is exactly what you want!
• Dont be afraid to ask for referrals
  If your prospective agent tells you that they dont want you speaking to past Clients, or they stutter at giving you referral information, you should turn and run! You will learn more, faster, by asking someone they recently worked with!
• Look at the Agents track record
  Ask for sales history! most Agents will tell you how well they have done. GREAT Agents, will not only tell you, they will show you with sales and Client data to back it up!
